color: #000000;\">Cette strat\u00e9gie est d\u00e9fendue par l\u2019auteur James Clear dans son livre \u201d Atomic Habits \u201d (\u201cHabitudes atomiques\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Il d\u00e9fend l\u2019id\u00e9e que le fait d\u2019ajouter des obstacles \u00e0 une mauvaise habitude peut la rendre impraticable, tandis que l\u2019automatisation des bonnes habitudes les rend faciles \u00e0 faire au quotidien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Pour moi (et pour beaucoup, je pense), l\u2019argent est tr\u00e8s important, je passe beaucoup de temps \u00e0 y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">J\u2019ai fait les configurations de sorte que les transferts bancaires de mon compte se fassent automatiquement chez ma nouvelle banque.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Cela ne m\u2019a pris pas pris plus de cinq minutes !
